Pre-show -- A theater within a theater! A struggling theater company receives news
that they are to be visited by an NEA inspector to review them for their vital
annual grant. A strikingly incompetent actor appears wanting to audition for the company --
mistaken identiy and hilarity ensue, finishing with a dress reharsal of A CHRISTMAS CAROL
like it has never been done before (for good reason!)
